Job summary
Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio & Projects. You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, partnering with the HCM Manager to ensure a reliable, audit-ready Workday environment.
You will proactively identify data quality issues, process gaps, and configuration or integration improvements that impact core architecture.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Workday Studio and integration development experience (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs/Web Services).
- Experience administering the Projects module within the Finance SKU.
- Experience with system integrations and API management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
- Workday certification in HCM.
- Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs/Web Services).
- Build and maintain Workday Studio integrations; partner with IT vendors on troubleshooting.
- Lead administrator for the Workday Projects module (Finance SKU) configuring BP, security, and reporting.
- Make recommendations about additional Workday SKUs or Projects features Nava could invest in.
- Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training for the teams.
