Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to own and optimize our Workday Adaptive Planning environment. You will translate complex financial requirements into scalable Adaptive models, reports, and planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders, owning model development, configuration, security, data governance and platform optimization.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in admin/ developer/ model builder/ reporting roles with 3+ years on Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience translating complex financial/operational requirements into Adaptive models, reports, dashboards and planning solutions.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, configure, maintain and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning platform.
• Build/maintain Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, accounts, sheets, and security.
• Develop reporting solutions for budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances and workforce metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create documentation and provide user training and knowledge transfer.
