Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is expanding its Financial Analytics and Insights team and seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday Adaptive Planning initiatives. The role focuses on administration, model building, reporting, and platform optimization to enable enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on admin, developer, or analyst work with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience building complex Adaptive Planning reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for daily operations.
• Maintain models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, and data governance while monitoring performance.
• Create documentation and conduct training for users and stakeholders.
• Design planning models balancing flexibility with controls and maintainability.
• Partner with Finance and HR to develop reporting and workforce planning.
• Develop integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams on data architecture and APIs.
• Provide solutions that support budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances.
