Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting for the Adaptive Planning platform.

The role partners with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Adaptive solutions, manage security and data governance, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on work as an administrator, developer, model builder, or analyst with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning models, dashboards and management reports.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and budgeting workflows.
• Experience in integrating Workday with other systems via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment.
• Design models, reports, dashboards and planning solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions and data security.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to improve planning processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Document configurations and provide user training.
