Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting. You will translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable Adaptive models, reports, and planning solutions, partnering with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders.

The role reports to the Senior Director Financial Analytics and Insights and requires strong FP&A experience, collaboration, and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, including 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME, with responsibility for day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the platform.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures, models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, business rules, attributes, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workforce planning, and business requirements.
• Manage Adaptive Planning user access, roles, permissions, and security while maintaining data governance and internal controls.
