Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support configuration, reporting, and upgrades across Core HCM, Absence, and Skills Cloud. You will collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure system alignment with business needs.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years’ Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience, with strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, rules, analytics, and sub-processes.
• Maintain global leave, accruals, eligibility, and carryover rules.
• Build, revise, and test Workday reports with data integrity.
• Support Workday release assessments and testing for Absence and other areas.
• Manage security groups and Docs/mass distribute.
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and status.
• Document requirements and testing plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll, and vendors.
