Job summary

Afni is seeking a wireless customer service representative to handle mainly inbound calls, assisting customers with wireless accounts and troubleshooting with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Customer service experience: minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with call center experience.
• Able to work 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts 7:00AM–1:00AM CST, including weekends.
• Must pass a background screening, be 18+, have a GED or HS diploma, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers and troubleshoot account issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Process orders, update accounts and records, multitask across multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail.
