Job summary

Afni, Inc. is hiring for a wireless customer service role. You will handle mainly inbound calls, troubleshoot using product knowledge, and update accounts with accuracy. Training is provided, and a positive, cooperative environment supports growth and advancement.

Expect 12 weeks of paid training with 8-hour shifts; 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM CST coverage; and a realistic potential for career progression in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience: minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with at least 6 months in a call center virtual setting.
• Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled Sunday through Saturday, 07:00AM - 01:00AM CST.
• Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound wireless customer service, troubleshoot and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Process orders, update accounts and records, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Utilize product knowledge across multiple systems to support customers while maintaining quality service.
