Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a remote Wireless Solutions Consultant to support small business sales across the Frisco/Dallas Austin/San Antonio region. You will design and present wireless solutions, analyze coverage, and advise on in-building requests to meet customer needs.

The role requires 3+ years in telecommunications or engineering, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 50%. You’ll work with sales teams to achieve customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years related experience, or advanced degree with 1 year related experience, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in telecom, solutions consulting, or engineering with a proven sales track record.
• Experience supporting wireless sales teams (SMB/ENT/GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams to drive solution adoption and engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and ROI presentations.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, networks, and value-added solutions.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Perform duties and projects as assigned by management.
