Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a technical sales consultant to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs.

You will consult with customers, analyze coverage, and assist with in-building requests while staying current on devices, networks, and value-added services. The role requires 3+ years in telecommunications or engineering, a Bachelor's plus experience, willingness to travel 25–50%, and the ability to work remotely within the assigned market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required)
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
