T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a solutions consultant to support our small business sales teams in markets across the Houston area and beyond.

You will provide technical guidance, present ROI, and help drive solution adoption with SMB and ENT customers. This role requires 3+ years in telecom or engineering, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and project management skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree plus 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Must be able to travel 25-50% of the time
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
