Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs.

You will analyze wireless networks, assist with in-building coverage requests, and maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices and technologies to inform sales strategies. This remote role supports a territory around Frisco, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, with travel required to cover the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of successful solution sales and managing relationships in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees).
• Participate in meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting features, benefits, and ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.
