Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a technical sales consultant to design and present wireless solutions for small business customers. You’ll analyze network coverage, consult in meetings, and support sales teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in telecommunications or consulting, strong product knowledge, and the ability to travel up to half the time. This remote role covers a defined market and requires proximity to major Texas metro areas as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year related experience
• 3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with track record in solution sales and relationship management in a matrix environment
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) preferred

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (1–9 employees)
• Attend multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including ROI features and benefits
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies and value-added solutions
• Travel 25–50% of the time
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management
