Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to design and present wireless solutions for small business sales teams. This remote role supports opportunities, analyzes coverage, and maintains expert knowledge of wireless devices and network technologies.

You will participate in customer meetings, provide technical consultations, and assist with in-building requests to enhance accessibility and ROI for customers. Remote work with travel to support market needs is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of solution sales and managing relationships.
Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees).
Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and guidance, including presenting features, benefits, and ROI.
Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
Travel 25-50% of the time.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
