Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• 3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with a track record in solution sales.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) preferred.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and present features, benefits, and ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
