T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant – Wireless to partner with SMB/Enterprise sales teams, designing wireless solutions that meet customer needs and presenting technical ROI.

You will support in-building requests and stay current on devices and network technologies to guide sales strategy. The role is remote with territory coverage including Houston, Dallas/Ft Worth, Austin, and San Antonio; travel 25–50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year related work experience, or equivalent combo.
• 3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with a track record in solution sales.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and demonstrate ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
