Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a remote sales support professional aligned to a specific market in the United States. You will assist SMB sales teams, provide technical guidance, and analyze wireless coverage to optimize customer solutions. Regular travel within the territory may be required.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field and 4–7 years in telecom or IT with solution sales experience. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Required)
• 4-7 years in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering with solution sales experience (Preferred)
• Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts (Preferred)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and product knowledge skills (Required)

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams in-market to drive adoption and engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and guidance
• Perform network coverage analysis and review to optimize solutions
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve accessibility
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, networks and value-added solutions for sales support
• Other duties and projects as assigned by management
