Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support business sales with technical expertise, designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs.

This remote role aligns to Edina, MN metro area, with travel as needed and involvement in multiple customer meetings daily. You will maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to inform sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required)
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
