Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a remote-based Wireless Solutions Consultant to back the business sales teams with expert guidance on wireless solutions and ROI presentations.

Candidates should reside in or near the Edina, MN market and be prepared for travel within the territory. The role requires 3+ years in telecommunications or related consulting, a relevant degree, and the ability to articulate complex solutions to SMB and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required).
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.
