Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a technically skilled professional to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs and drive growth. You will consult on opportunities, analyze coverage, and assist with in-building requests while maintaining expert knowledge of wireless devices, networks, and value-added solutions.

Your success will be measured by your ability to support sales teams, answer technical inquiries, and contribute to customer satisfaction through tailored wireless solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
• 4-7 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales (Preferred)
• Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
