Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a technically proficient professional to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs. You will consult on opportunities, analyze coverage, and assist with in-building requests while staying current on wireless devices and network tech to inform sales strategies.

The role requires 3+ years in telecom/solutions consulting with proactive client engagement and a willingness to travel up to half the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of solution sales and managing relationships in a matrix environment (Required)
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Must travel 25-50% of the time
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
