Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead project controls across multiple projects within our renewables and infrastructure teams. You will train staff, drive scheduling and cost forecasting, and collaborate with project management to optimize performance.

This role offers remote flexibility with travel to office locations as needed, plus a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning.
• 2+ years of CPM schedule integration or cost control and managing personnel.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in large-scale construction/EPC environments; renewables experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project scope, plan and progress to stakeholders.
• Provide management and training to project controls personnel on functions, processes, tools, and procedures.
• Guide project management on analysis, forecasting, and scheduling/cost performance.
• Coordinate resources for project controls activities.
• Lead reviews on performance, budgets, and change management; develop procedures.
