Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager or Project Executive to lead utility-scale wind projects across the United States. This remote role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and the ability to deliver on safety, schedule, and budget commitments.

You will partner with energy clients nationwide to advance grid resilience and decarbonization while traveling approximately 50% and maintaining onsite presence during critical phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of construction industry experience.
• Experience managing utility-scale renewables projects (wind, solar, storage) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and safety compliance across multiple sites.
• Lead project teams, mentor apprentices and staff, and manage stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts, risks, and changes are properly managed throughout the project.
• Coordinate with Owner, procurement, and field operations to deliver quality outcomes.
