Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Construction Project Manager or Project Executive (Senior PM) to lead utility-scale wind projects across the United States. The role includes mentoring project teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while advancing grid resilience and decarbonization.

You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with owners and subcontractors, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation in a fast-paced renewables environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience overseeing large-scale construction in renewables is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and develop project teams for performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assure project abides by environmental safety awareness and compliance
• Own the project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule
• Manage contract documents, risks, and changes throughout the project
• Provide day-to-day direction and oversight of resources and materials
