Job summary

MasTec Renewables, part of MasTec, is seeking a Construction Project Manager or Project Executive (Senior PM) to lead utility-scale wind projects across the United States. The role focuses on delivering complex construction, mentoring teams, and advancing safety, quality and innovation.

The position supports nationwide projects with ~50% travel, remote work options, and vehicle allowance for travel. Competitive compensation and robust benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of five years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing utility-scale renewables projects (wind, solar, BESS) or EPC/large-scale construction.
• Experience leading multiple large projects and traveling ~50%+ of the time.
• Willingness and ability to travel ~50% of the time to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assure environmental safety, compliance, and quality on projects.
• Provide day-to-day direction of resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors).
• Manage project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule.
• Coordinate contract documents, risks, and changes.
• Oversee project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management.
