William Charles Electric, a MasTec company, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead renewables and power delivery project sites across the Midwest and beyond. You will oversee the full construction scope, coordinating across disciplines to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time installations.

Responsibilities include directing project teams, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and Prevailing Wage where applicable, and working with clients to meet expectations on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• 7 years of construction industry experience and knowledge of techniques, estimating and management.
• Experience supervising multiple trades on large projects (>$10M).
• Self-perform construction project experience with large field teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and comply with safety policies and campaigns on the project.
• Direct project team with PM to maintain a respectful, productive environment.
• Oversee overall project direction, coordination and evaluation.
• Supervise construction workers and other Construction Managers and foremen.
• Coordinate activities of trades, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and manage changes to labor and equipment needs.
• Ensure budgets and schedules are maintained and costs stay within parameters.
• Maintain production schedules and response to cost indexes and changes.
• Communicate effectively with large groups and stakeholders.
• Hire, train, mentor and evaluate staff; address complaints.
• Align client expectations with scope and ensure quality and safety.
• Involve Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PWA) team as required.
