Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead wind energy projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder relationships while mentoring junior team members.

A technical, business, or PM-related degree is required, with 2–6 years of experience and a CAPM or related certification. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in our collaborative Renewables team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or PM-related field required.
  • 2–6 years of experience in project coordination, development, or similar role.
  • CAPM or related certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee wind energy projects from initiation to completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with service leads and project teams.
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Track project health, manage change orders, and address scope creep.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
