Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Construction Project Manager or Project Executive to lead utility-scale wind projects across the United States. You will mentor project teams, uphold safety and quality, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Based in a remote role with approximately 50% travel, you will partner with energy clients nationwide to deliver high-impact renewables infrastructure, manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, and ensure successful project outcomes from start-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of construction/PM experience on large projects.
• Experience in utility-scale renewables preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental safety compliance on projects.
• Oversee project budget, schedule, and resources.
• Lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Manage contract documents, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate with safety and operations on site.
