Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to support Epic Willow builds and medication workflows within the electronic health record. This remote role follows standard first-shift hours and requires collaboration with clinicians and informatics teams to enhance patient safety and workflow efficiency.

You will develop informatics plans, analyze data, and implement EHR enhancements while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective cross-team communication.

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacist with PharmD required; PGY1/PGY2 in informatics preferred.
• Epic Willow certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.

• Serve as liaison between clinicians and IT to optimize medication workflows.
• Develop informatics plans and data analyses to advance evidence-based practice.
• Design, evaluate, and implement EMR builds to support clinical practice and safety.
