Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or completion of PGY1/PGY2 residencies in pharmacinformatics.
• PGY1/PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics preferred.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops informatics plans, data analyses, and systems to advance evidence-based practice and safety.
• Designs and implements EHR builds to support clinical practice and improve patient care quality.
• Consults with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems and communicate complex informatics issues.
