Advocate Health seeks a remote Pharmacy Informatics Professional with EPIC Willow certification to support the medication electronic health record and clinical informatics. The role emphasizes liaison between clinicians and IT, with design and implementation of EHR builds to enhance patient safety.

You will develop informatics plans, analyze data, and collaborate with providers to improve workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• EPIC Willow certification within 6 months.
• PGY1/PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics residency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops informatics plans and data analyses to advance evidence-based practice and medication safety.
• Designs, evaluates and implements EBPHR builds to support clinical practice and improve patient care quality.
• Consults with providers and leaders to evaluate information systems and optimize medication workflows.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, federal and other regulatory requirements.
