Advocate Health seeks a Pharmacy Informatics professional to support the medication electronic health record and act as a liaison between clinicians and information technology. This remote role emphasizes clinical informatics, data analysis, and system optimization during first-shift hours.

Candidates should have a PharmD, EPIC Willow certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months), and ideally PGY1/PGY2 residency training.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• PGY1 Residency and PGY2 Residency in Pharmacy Informatics preferred.
• EPIC Willow certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication electronic health record.
• Designs, evaluates, and implements new electronic health record build to support clinical practice and improve quality and safety.
• Consults with providers, leadership, physicians, and other clinicians to evaluate information systems.
• Supports informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
• Assists in the creation of data analytics to facilitate data review and improve performance.
• Consults with external agencies and organizations to ensure regulatory compliance.
