Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; field in Business, PM, Communications, IT, or related area.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology deployment, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 60% (local, overnight, or regional).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency and resident adoption.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement enhancements.
• Ensure consistent program execution and standards across markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and ensure accountability.
