Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead strategic and operational efforts for connectivity, IoT, and smart technology across our portfolio. You will collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external partners to optimize programs, deliver measurable business results, and enhance the resident experience.

Associate degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 60%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
Develop initiatives to improve resident adoption and satisfaction and drive financial performance.
Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Coordinate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external partners to deliver program initiatives.
Oversee multiple installations, upgrades, and technology initiatives within budget and timeline.
