Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management or related operations experience.
• Travel up to 60% including local and overnight travel.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology program strategy across the portfolio.
• Develop initiatives to improve adoption, satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure consistent program standards across markets and communities.
• Coach and develop team members; manage vendor relationships.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term technology planning.
