Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of multifamily property management, program management, operations, or technology implementation experience.
• Travel up to 60% required, including local and overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Develop initiatives that improve operational efficiency, resident adoption and satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data, industry insights, and feedback; implement enhancements.
• Ensure consistent program execution and standards across all markets and communities.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and project assignments.
