Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of resident internet, IoT, and Smart Home programs across the portfolio.

You will partner with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to drive adoption, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business results while maintaining high resident satisfaction. Remote role available for eligible states.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in a related field; preferred.
2+ years in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or related.
Travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology program strategy across the portfolio.
Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency, adoption, and resident satisfaction.
Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Evaluate program effectiveness using data and stakeholder feedback; implement enhancements.
Ensure consistency of program execution across all markets and communities.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external vendors to deliver initiatives.
