Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant field service experience.
• Experience servicing wide format equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Onyx software and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and onsite technical support.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Complete equipment installations and operator training.
• Manage upcoming installations and site readiness requirements.
• Assist sales teams with technical evaluations.
