Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–6 years minimum of relevant field service experience.
• Experience servicing and repairing wide format equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and onsite technical support to customers.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on production print equipment.
• Complete installations and customer operator training.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
