Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Wide Format Service Technician to support customers nationwide. This home-based role requires about 50% travel, primarily across the Central and Eastern United States, to install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade wide format production equipment.

You will provide phone and on-site support, perform preventative maintenance, manage installations, coordinate site readiness, and train customers on Onyx software and RIP workflows while maintaining accurate service

Qualifications

• 2–6 years field service experience in related setup.
• Experience with wide format equipment and related tech.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and on-site support to customers.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on wide format equipment.
• Manage installations, site readiness, and operator training.
