Job summary

Trafilea is a remote-first consumer tech platform seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic Wholesale initiatives across multiple teams. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, manage scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and budgets, and ensure ownership and accountability across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management with cross-functional delivery.
• Strong Retail and/or Wholesale experience and understanding of operations.
• Hands-on experience in a PMO or structured program management environment.
• Experience applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies in various initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end across Wholesale initiatives.
• Build and maintain project plans including scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Identify risks and roadblocks early; drive actions to keep programs on track.
• Translate business objectives into clear deliverables and execution plans.
• Foster strong communication and coordination across teams with clear ownership.
• Track milestones and provide senior management with status visibility.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate per initiative.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
