Trase Systems, Inc. seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multi-team healthcare AI programs, aligning discovery, validation, production launch, and expansion with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

The role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, product development, and governance, engaging health systems and partners to drive executable delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, product delivery, engineering program management, healthcare implementation, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare programs from discovery through technical implementation, validation, production launch, and operational transition.
• Partner with clinical, operational, IT, security, and executive stakeholders to understand workflows, data environments, integration constraints, and success metrics.
• Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear program scope, requirements, milestones, ownership, dependencies, decision points, and exit criteria.
