Job summary

Trafilea is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across our fast-paced, digital brand portfolio. You will build and maintain plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets, coordinating with product, growth, creative, tech, and ops to deliver on time and on brief.

In a 100% remote, international team, you’ll drive governance, track OKRs and KPIs, report progress, and continuously improve project management tools and rituals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in fast-paced digital marketing.
• Experience leading multiple large-scale cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, OKRs, KPIs).
• Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset and ability to use tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack.
• Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure.
• Experience working with remote and international teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or consumer digital spaces is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops).
• Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned with PMO methodology.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress.
• Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs).
• Monitor and report on project and team performance, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Drive actionable communication and ensure high-quality output across projects.
