Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Growth Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs that support revenue growth, product commercialization, and enterprise transformation. You will coordinate go-to-market activity, manage dependencies, and align planning through launch.

You will own complex transformation programs end-to-end, support AI commercialization initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes in a remote USA setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in program management, governance, and leading change and innovation.
• Demonstrated experience independently owning and driving multiple large-scale, complex programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Independently drive execution of large complex transformation initiatives with prioritization and risk management.
• Orchestrate planning, governance, and end-to-end execution of commercial and transformation programs.
• Lead initiatives across multiple business units and workstreams to connect activities to measurable outcomes.
• Lead the AI team and cross-functional business teams through AI commercialization and product launches.
• Provide decision-ready updates to executives and align strategy with business objectives.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or relevant combination of education and experience

5-8 years of experience in program management

Ability to own and drive multiple large-scale programs

Strong communication and stakeholder management
