Trafilea is a remote-first consumer tech platform seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic Wholesale initiatives across multiple teams. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, manage scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and budgets, and ensure ownership and accountability across programs.

Leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with AI-enabled automation, to drive alignment with senior stakeholders, deliver measurable results, and continuously optimize

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management with cross-functional delivery.
• Strong Retail and/or Wholesale experience and understanding of operations.
• Hands-on experience in a PMO or structured program management environment.
• Experience applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies in various initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve execution.

Job Responsibilities

You’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Wholesale initiatives, bringing together multiple teams and stakeholders to move from objectives to measurable results.

You will:

• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.

• Build and maintain project plans across scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets.

• Identify risks and roadblocks early, and drive the actions needed to keep programs moving.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear deliverables and execution plans.

• Create strong communication and coordination across teams, ensuring ownership and accountability are clear.

• Track milestones and deliverables and provide management with visibility into program status.

• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on the needs of each initiative.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve how programs are managed and executed.

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

• Strong Retail and/or Wholesale experience, with a solid understanding of its operational complexity and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, owning scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.

• Hands-on experience working within a PMO or structured program management environment.

• Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders, driving alignment and accountability.

• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve execution efficiency.

• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. PMP certification is a plus.
