Job summary

Trafilea is seeking an Outbound Omnichannel Lead to optimize how we connect 3PLs with Amazon FBA, TikTok FBT, D2C and other channels. You’ll blend hands-on logistics with data, automation, and AI to improve visibility, reduce manual work, and scale operations globally.

We value 2–4 years in ecommerce/logistics, strong Excel/ERP skills, and fluent English. This fully remote role offers a competitive USD salary and ownership of cross-border processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel / Google Workspace capabilities; databases, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Analytical with attention to detail.
• Experience documenting and improving KPI routines.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; able to collaborate across multicultural teams.
• Bias toward execution, ownership, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive 3PL performance by monitoring SLA, OTP, backlog, and issues across warehouses.
• Manage Amazon FBA and TikTok FBT operations, including replenishments and shipments.
• Execute transfer orders and B2B orders across multiple regions.
• Own outbound reporting and turn KPIs into actionable insights.
• Automate workflows using tools, AI, and automation to cut costs.
• Coordinate events like Prime Day and BFCM with teams.
• Continuously improve operations by closing process gaps and updating SOPs.
