Job summary

DSJ Global is assisting a global manufacturer of industrial hose systems, connection technology, and fluid-handling solutions in recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States. This leadership role owns growth across an 11-state territory and drives commercial performance with distributors, reps, OEMs, and end users.

You will develop territory strategies, expand key relationships, and manage accounts from prospecting to forecasting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
• Experience selling through industrial distribution networks
• Proven success in new business development and territory growth
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with large territory ownership
• Willingness to travel ~60% across the Western U.S.
• International exposure and global collaboration

Responsibilities

• Own growth and commercial performance of an 11-state Western U.S. territory
• Drive new business development across distributors, reps, OEMs and end users
• Build, manage, and expand distributor and representative relationships
• Grow existing accounts and identify new customers, markets and revenue opportunities
• Develop and execute territory strategies including forecasting and market expansion
• Operate as the commercial owner, prioritize opportunities and drive long-term growth
