Job summary

Hydraulic Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Eastern United States. This role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships, coaching sales teams, and delivering trackable results through strategic account development.

You will lead regional sales initiatives, forecast pipelines, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and represent the company at events and customer visits across the territory. Regular travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience at regional or multi-state level.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM and data-driven sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company goals and growth.
• Drive revenue growth through new business and account expansion.
• Lead, coach, and mentor sales professionals to meet performance targets.
• Build partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts in the Eastern Region.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Support contract negotiations, issue resolution, and strategic account development.
• Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and utilize CRM effectively.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to support objectives.
• Represent Hydraulic Technologies at customer visits, trade shows, and events.
