Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries.
• 7+ years’ experience in sales cycle management and relationship building with prospects.
• Strong experience negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Owns acquisition of and closes new business for defined territories.
• Sells to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
• Leads product demonstrations and drafts proposals and contracts.
• Negotiates contracts and closes deals with tailored micro-strategies.
• Creates outbound communications and tracks touchpoints with CRM.
