Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead the Food & Beverage sales organization across the Western United States. You will drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and develop a high-performing field team with remote coverage.

The role reports to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage, and offers a remote work arrangement with travel to multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience involving technical products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing solutions.
• Direct sales management experience with responsibility for field sales team performance and development.
• Experience managing multi-state sales territories with direct accountability for orders, revenue, and sales targets.
• Experience developing and executing territory plans, strategic account plans, and sales growth initiatives.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
• Experience managing technical sales processes and commercial negotiations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed field sales team and establish clear performance expectations.
• Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability objectives through territory management and customer retention.
• Drive new customer acquisition, market-share expansion, and growth of recurring consumables business.
• Maintain a strong field presence through joint customer visits and ongoing coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead regional funnel management, qualification, forecasting, and sales activity reviews.
• Develop and execute territory and key-account strategies, including complex commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Systems Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver solutions.
